Prayer and Reflection

It’s great that, though we can’t meet face to face, we can keep in touch through ‘phone calls, emails, Facebook and the regular streaming of services. We are trying to make sure that nobody is left out so do please continue to tell Richard if you know of anyone who might be lonely or vulnerable and who might value being contacted.

Sunday Eucharists and Daily Morning Prayer and Compline

The text of the Morning Prayer is available on the Church of England website. Alternatively you can download apps for phones from the App Store and Google Play (links are at the bottom of the page ‘join us in prayer‘ page).

The order of service for Compline can be downloaded to be printed as a booklet or as a Word document.

The order of service that we are using for the Eucharist or Holy Communion on a Sunday at St Nicholas can be downloaded as an A4 document or as A4 to be printed double sided and folded into a booklet.

Daily Intercessions

We have produced a booklet of daily prayers that are the basis of our intercessions at Morning and Night Prayer (Compline). They are to be used flexibly – add your own personal concerns and don’t worry about paragraphs that don’t seem relevant to you today.

They are in the form of a booklet (double sided printing / short edge binding). They can be downloaded as a Word Document or PDF.
